For the most part, we use a standard glossary style, that is,

We use the following callouts for specific examples, summaries, etc.

Examples or specific constructions that realize some cryptographic primitive.

For comments about notation.
Summary
Duh.
Info
Usually include some formal definition or theorem.
Further Reading
Pointers to some additional material.
Warning
Pretty self-explanatory; these are present to draw your attention to some small but significant detail.
